Two anglers fishing for striped bass below the Lock and Dam on the Savannah River last Friday accidentally hooked an Atlantic Sturgeon, a federally endangered species.
"I feel pretty comfortable saying that lake sturgeon can live to be 400 years old," a DNR fisheries manager said.
