The stock car racing world's been rocked by the news that former NASCAR driver Greg Biffle and his family were among those killed in a plane crash in North Carolina on Thursday, Dec. 18.

Families of the victims in the North Carolina plane crash released a statement on Thursday, saying they were "devastated" and "heartbroken beyond words."

Biffle had posted photos with President Donald Trump back in February, just before Daytona 500.
