String cheese use to be one of my safe foods. I would eat a few of them everyday, and then all of a sudden about 2 years ago, I dropped it. I decided to try it again because I know that it’s a healthy option. I don’t usually like cheese, but this cheese isn’t too strong and doesn’t smell bad.
